The location was nice and great for christmas in Wloclawek. The staff was competent and very amiable in all services. The queen room was decent sized and warm, with a balcony and a storage.

The hotel is located in a beautiful closed park, surrounded by stunning gardens. It really feels like a palace! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel right at home. We loved our room with a balcony overlooking the park - such a peaceful and relaxing view. And the breakfast buffet was simply delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right.
